Total game changer. I keep all my spices in mason jars and now I can keep them fresh after every use by vacuum sealing the jars after each use. I don't have space to keep my vacuum sealer on the countertop... and I don't want to lug it out every night and put it away for a few jars of spice. I really love this vacuum sealer for jars! I've been using it to put away tons of dry goods in my pantry. And the nice thing is, I can open a jar, take out what I want, and reseal it to keep the rest fresh! It is very easy to use. Just be sure the lid is on straight, and gently but firmly push down until it is seated properly before pushing the power button. I always listen for the pitch of the machine to go up a little and hold before turning it off.
